Where can I find a complete catalog with your products?

We made an environmentally sustainable choice by giving up the paper catalog. All range products can be viewed on our website and purchased online.

It is very simple. Create an account on the BHMInteriors website and choose the products you are interested in with one click. Your purchases will be delivered directly to your door by a courier service.

If the product has no add button, it means that the warehouse is temporarily lacking one. Call or come to the store if you wish to order it.

The right of withdrawal is valid within 14 days after receipt of the goods for any online order.

In some cases it may happen that the confirmation e-mail is read by the mail system as advertising and is blocked. If you have not received confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Department who will resend.

The order form requires that the tax identification number be entered in order to properly issue the invoice. BHMInterni sends sales invoices electronically to the Internal Revenue Service’s interchange system, which in turn requires a valid tax identification number corresponding to the purchaser’s identification data.

Instead, foreign nationals are asked only for their date and place of birth.

We reassure our clients that the data collected are transmitted only to the Internal Revenue Service and that each and every supply is billed according to current regulations.

From your account you can check the status of your orders.

If “awaiting transfer verification” appears, it means that our bank is still waiting to receive the payment, which takes an average of 3 days. Upon receiving confirmation from the bank, the order changes to “in production” status.

We do not accept cash on delivery payments. Both because of current cash limit regulations and so as not to burden couriers with responsibilities not of their own making.

BHMInteriors will issue regular invoices for each payment received. The invoice is sent to the Internal Revenue Service’s interchange system and is valid for the 24-month warranty.

Delivery

After registration you can add several delivery addresses to your account. You can also do this in the order confirmation process.

With couriers specializing in furniture, shipping times average 2 to 3 weeks; with express courier, times vary from 1 to 3 working days.

BHMInterior informs the Customer of the availability of the supply in stock. The Customer confirms and authorizes the initiation of the shipping process, indicating any special requirements. The Customer will receive an email on the day the shipment starts with the name of the courier company handling the delivery. One day before delivery, the Courier makes a telephone notice to the Customer, indicating an indicative time slot.

“Street level” means that delivery of ordered products is made on the ground floor, at the point closest to the entrance of the home. In case of bulky and heavy packages we can arrange delivery up to the interior of the apartment.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is responsible for checking that the number of packages received matches the number on the accompanying invoice. Any exterior damage must be challenged to the courier by marking“withdrawal with reserve for damaged packaging” on the appropriate accompanying document. Once opened, if the product is found to be damaged, BHMInterni requests that the report be sent with photographic documentation in the immediate aftermath of delivery.

The data entered in the order can be changed only until the invoice is issued, which occurs with the verification of the first payment. As of January 1, 2019, the electronic invoicing requirement is in effect, and therefore, after issuance, the invoice will be transmitted to the Internal Revenue Service via the interchange system (SDI).

You can only change orders paid for by bank transfer within 15 days of placing the order. To change the shipping address, in addition to changing the information within your account, you must also send an email to Customer Service indicating the new shipping address.
